As part of its ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and accountability, RHS has provided CEI support for major highway improvement projects, including the I-84 Safety and Operational Improvements Project in West Hartford and the I-95 Northbound Safety Improvements and Pavement Rehabilitation Project through Groton, Stonington, and North Stonington.
OUR APPROACH
As part of its ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and accountability, RHS has supported critical interstate improvement projects, including the I-84 Safety and Operational Improvements Project in West Hartford and the I-95 Northbound Safety Improvements and Pavement Rehabilitation Project through Groton, Stonington, and North Stonington.

Improvements include roadway resurfacing, fine milling and paving, shoulder upgrades, bridge work, drainage improvements, roadway lighting, metal beam rail installation, protective fencing, overhead sign structures, concrete barrier curbs, median reconstruction, and noise barrier wall improvements.
